Code section 2 Va Code section 2.2-3711(a)(8), consultation with legal counsel in regard to Item #3 on this agenda.\n\n \n\n\n\n \nThe board can only discuss the above items listed during this emergency called meeting and continuation thereof unless all seven (7) board members are present.
