JOB OPENING FOR A FULL-TIME
FIELD DATA COLLECTOR I
IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COMMISSIONER OF THE REVENUE

Qualifications:

Knowledge of different kinds of equipment and machinery & tools used in different kinds of businesses.

Knowledge of collecting data relating to building permits, demolition, etc. relating to mobile homes, new construction, real estate, etc.

Knowledge of VA state and Buchanan County code is preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft office

Underground Mining Certification is preferred

Coal mining experience underground and surface at least 5 years.

Valid driver’s license

Subject to criminal background check and drug testing

Duties include but not limited to:

Collecting on-site information regarding Mineral, Real Estate and/or Personal Property assessments.

Operates a motor vehicle to conduct site visits or other work activities.
