NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please advertise the week of May 20^th, 2024

            NOTICE is hereby given that the Buchanan County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing on the 3^rd day of June 2024 at 5:15 o’clock p.m., in the Board of Supervisors meeting room, on the third floor of the Buchanan County Government Building 4447 Slate Creek Road, in Grundy, Virginia, to hear public comments concerning the proposal to lease of a space under the apartment at Willowbrook Golf Course to Caleb Epling located on the Willowbrook Golf Course property in the Rocklick Magisterial District of Buchanan County.  The description of the property involved in the above-proposed lease is as follows:

The space is located on the Willowbrook Golf Course property, specifically the space under the apartment with an address of 1181 Rt. 609, King Solomon Colley Road, Willowbrook Country Club Drive, Breaks, Va. 24607.  A copy of the proposed lease is available for review in the County Administrator’s office located on the third floor, of the Buchanan County Government Building, 4447 Slate Creek Road, Grundy, Virginia 24614.
