EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Buchanan County Board of Supervisors is taking applications for a full-time CFO/HR position for the Buchanan County Head Start.  Work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and may exceed a normal workweek.

The CFO/HR must assess staffing needs in consideration of the fiscal complexity of the organization and applicable financial management requirements and secure the regularly scheduled or ongoing services of a fiscal office with sufficient education and experience. The qualified candidate must be a certified public accountant or has, at a minimum, a baccalaureate degree in accounting, business, fiscal management, or a related field. The salary level ranges from $33,777 to $65,000.
